Ciccone youth : whitey Album

The Whitey Album est un album de 1988 par Ciccone Youth, un side-project de membres de Sonic Youth Steve Shelley, Kim Gordon, Lee Ranaldo et Thurston Moore, avec Minutemen / fIREHOSE membres Mike Watt. The album is a tongue-in-cheek tribute to Madonna and 80s pop in general. L'album est un pince-sans-hommage joue à Madonna et pop 80s en général. Beatbox and samplers/sequencers are the foundation of the recording but Sonic Youth references still manage to permeate throughout. Beatbox séquenceurs et échantillonneurs / sont le fondement de l'enregistrement, mais Sonic références de la jeunesse parviennent encore à se répandre partout.
